Built on the Water. Defined by Detail.

The Story
How We Got Here
A Single Yacht. A Clear Vision.
Azure began with one vessel and one captain — Marcus Hale — who had spent a decade crewing on superyachts across the Mediterranean and Caribbean before returning to his home port of Fort Lauderdale. He had seen how the world's finest charter companies operated, and he believed he could build something better: smaller, more personal, and uncompromising in its standards. The first season sold out by word of mouth alone.
The Fleet Grows. The Standard Holds.
By 2015, Azure had grown to three vessels and a crew of twenty-two. Each new hire was chosen not just for their qualifications — though those were impeccable — but for their instinct for hospitality. The kind of person who notices a guest's empty glass before the guest does. Who knows when to be present and when to disappear. That instinct cannot be taught. We hire for it.
Fifteen Years. Thousands of Voyages.
Today, Azure Yacht Charters is Fort Lauderdale's most awarded private charter company. We have hosted heads of state, celebrated anniversaries and honeymoons, and taken families to corners of the Bahamas that don't appear on any map. Every charter is still planned the way the first one was: from scratch, with the guest at the center of every decision.
The Crew
The People Behind the Voyage
Every member of the Azure crew is chosen for two things: exceptional professional credentials, and an instinct for anticipatory service that no qualification can confer.

Our Philosophy
What We Believe
Every charter is singular
We don't offer packages or pre-set itineraries. Every voyage is designed from scratch around the people who will take it. This takes more time. It produces better results.
Service is anticipation
The highest form of hospitality is knowing what a guest needs before they ask. We hire for this instinct, train it relentlessly, and measure ourselves against it on every charter.
The vessel is the promise
A yacht that isn't maintained is a broken promise. Every vessel in our fleet is serviced between every charter. You board a yacht that feels as though it was built for you alone.
Discretion is non-negotiable
Our guests trust us with their time, their families, and their privacy. That trust is the foundation of everything we do. We have never compromised it, and we never will.
